ASSISTANT MARKETING RESEARCH- (CMI)
Location - Jeddah, KSA (Saudi National)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE -
An entry role into the CMI division providing the opportunity for rapid learning both from a skills and competency perspective in support to CMI manager. While this is mainly a supportive role, the incumbent should be managing some projects on their own after 6 months in the job.
Supports CMI management in the delivery of their business partners work plans
Manages logistical elements of the CMI role.
Develops base skills and competencies.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES -
Analyses Market Information and provides useful insights.
Analyses Brand & Communications tracking studies, providing updates and insightful summaries.
Distils insight from primary and secondary research.
In conjunction with CMI Manager, carries out market research projects.
Determines optimal research plan and method (within guidelines).
Conducts and co-ordinates the project with the research supplier.
Manages projects within agreed budgets.
Interprets and communicates key findings/recommendations
Develops own research skills, making full use of CMI guidelines, tools and templates; formal
training opportunities provided; coaching/mentoring from line manager
Manages relevant IT tools as required, managing data uploads, accessibility, training, communication and
Follows up on invoices and AP numbers generation

Country Brand Building, Brand Development, R&D, Customer Management, Finance.
Marketing/Customer Managers.
Regional CMI Category Brand Development.
MR Agencies, Promotions Agencies.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE -
3 Year Experience in Market Research.
Retail Audit Experience is must.
